Well, Harvard-Miller Roanoke Annex is a fancy name for a square of grass. In fact, since it’s surrounded by gorgeous old homes on the northern end of Capitol Hill, it looks like it is someone’s lawn.
I suspect this plot of grass is mostly used as an unofficial dog park for the neighborhood.
If you’re walking your dog in the area, start at this park and head south on Harvard Ave. to see some gorgeous views of downtown Seattle.
