Hugging I-5 close to Green Lake, N.E. 60th St. Park is really just an expansion of the sidewalk, providing grass and tall trees for shade as you walk. The park officially ends after a block or so, but the greenery continues for quite a few blocks, making it a nice area for a neighborhood stroll.
A community planting project is underway here next to the freeway.
