It took me two visits to this neighborhood to figure out where to find Broadview Park. It turns out to be a very tall evergreen tree with some shrubs on the rounded corner of Greenwood Ave. and N. 122nd.
More interesting parks in this area are Carkeek Park to the west and Bitter Lake Playfield to the north.

I’ve lived a block away and had no idea that corner was technically a city park. Wow. I don’t see why they call it that; it’s just a sidewalk with a tree and a short hedge. There isn’t even a bench.
Broadview Park is Seattle smallest park. The actual park is only the piece of land between the sidewalk and the street (the large trees and shrubs are private property. I have been trying to work with the City to have the strip treed and maybe have two man rocks placed along the road to prevent people from using it as a parking strip.
