This fall I explored some secret street end parks in Madison Park. From my last post, after visiting the E. Lee St. and Knox Pl. E. street end, walk one block south to E. Highland Dr. and turn left down the dead end street.
The E. Highland Dr. and 42nd Ave. E. street end is harder to find. You’ll have to make your way through the overgrown path covered in blackberry bushes. After you get through the prickly bushes, you’ll be rewarded with a hidden pebble beach (likely) all to yourself.
Next, I’ll show you one more secret street end park in the Madison Park neighborhood.
