North Passage Point Park, between Fremont and the University District, is the northern sibling of South Passage Point Park, which is located across the water in the Eastlake neighborhood.
It looks pretty similar to its sister, with some picnic tables, a few trees and a little bit of grass sitting in the shadow of the Aurora Bridge. There’s plenty of boat traffic to watch. It’s also a great place to see kayakers.
And, of course you can wave at strangers across the water at South Passage.
