One of Seattle’s cutest little parks is hidden on a residential street across from Swedish Hospital’s Cherry Street Campus.
Filled with tall trees that shade nearly the entire park, you feel like you’re far away from the busy street just a few yards away. Benches and tables provide a peaceful place to picnic or read a book.
Kids will go crazy over the play area that includes a structure resembling a firetruck. It’s appropriate, because next door is an old fire station that was built in 1910. I imagine photographers love this setting for shots up against the beautiful brick building.
