There’s something pretty darn cute about preschoolers playing soccer. Most of the time they don’t really make contact with the ball, passing is non-existent and they often score against themselves. (Hey, a goal’s a goal, right?)
Soccer camp is the scene at Miller Playfield when I visited this summer, and it’s definitely entertaining. In fact, these fields are great for soccer games for all ages. I’m guessing these ball fields get a lot of use with their good location in central Seattle.
You’ll find plenty of nice features at this well-maintained park, including basketball courts, a large playground and a very cool spray park that’s open in the summer.
Miller Playfield is connected to the busy Miller Community Center. And, adjacent to Miller Playfield is a triangle of grass that the city designates as a separate park.
