Sierra Place, located near Lakewood Triangle in the Mount Baker neighborhood, is another spot for views during a walk of this scenic Seattle neighborhood. After pausing on this grassy park, follow S. Horton St. down toward the water and you’ll be on the “parkway” that makes up the second of these two parks. It’s a convenient route down to access the long waterfront park that is Lake Washington Boulevard.
For an ambitious walking loop, take Lake Washington Boulevard north until you reach Mount Baker Park. Climb up through the park along the wooded trail and you’ll arrive back in this neighborhood’s tiny commercial district.
