Maple Leaf Playground is another Seattle reservoir that’s being covered and converted to accessible park space. This park’s current features (playground, ball fields, bathrooms) will all be upgraded as part of the project.
This drawing shows how nice the new park will look and how many new features will be available for this neighborhood.
I hope the new park will still incorporate the decorative metal pergola that currently sits at one end of the park.
