Seattle has many, many parks with outdoor tennis facilities, but the Amy Yee Tennis Center is the epicenter of all things tennis. The center has 10 indoor courts and six additional outdoor courts accessed up a short staircase on the east side of the building. A wide variety of private and group lessons are offered for preschoolers to seniors.
One of the best things about Seattle parks is all the free access to great public spaces, so the drawback at Amy Yee Tennis Center is that there are fees for indoor and outdoor court use. If you’re looking for a casual game, you may be better off snagging a first-come, first-served spot at the many free courts at Seattle parks.
If you’re in the neighborhood, great nearby parks within walking distance include Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Park and Bradner Gardens Park.
