Part four in my tour of some fun, hidden waterfront street end parks brings us to E. Prospect St. and 41st Ave. E. just north of the commercial area of Madison Park.
The access point to this street end looks like a driveway, and it’s best to approach on foot. This flat rocky beach has a bench and good views of downtown Bellevue across the water. I caught a visitor taking a little morning nap on the day I stopped by.
