It took a lot of persistence to get Terminal 115 park checked off my list. I rode my bike back and forth and back and forth along West Marginal Way S.W. trying to figure out where this park was hidden among all the port industry. Then, I gave up and went home where I emailed the Port of Seattle (they manage this park). A couple of weeks later I finally heard back from a friendly Port employee who pointed me much further south than the address on the Port’s web site indicates.
You’ll turn off of S.W. Michigan St. into a dirt parking lot almost under the 1st Ave. S. Bridge. This property is so obscure, it’s nearly impossible to tell it is a park.
The views aren’t especially attractive, but if you are intrigued by maritime activity on the Duwamish this might be worth a short stop. One wooden bench faces the water, providing a spot to watch birds that can be frequently spotted here.

Thanks for this! I’ve been wondering where exactly that park is! Thanks to your picture and description I was able to figure it out. Just north of SW Michigan.
